Creating each product requires more than pressing a button. It takes imagination, visual judgment, patience, and a sharp eye for detail. That’s why this role matters. You’ll help us use AI creatively and responsibly to turn ideas into polished content that feels personal, consistent, and professionally made.

The Role in One Line

You’ll use AI, design, and editing tools to create and refine written, visual, and video content—from the initial idea to the polished final result.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day1. AI Content Creation

• Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other leading AI platforms to develop, improve, and adapt creative content
• Turn creative briefs and ideas into clear, engaging written and visual concepts
• Write effective prompts and refine them until the output meets Hazawy’s quality standards
• Review AI-generated content carefully rather than accepting the first result
• Adapt content for different audiences, formats, and platforms
• Keep up with new AI tools and identify useful ways to improve quality and efficiency

2. AI Image Generation

• Generate high-quality images using professional AI image-generation tools
• Follow supplied references and established visual directions closely
• Maintain consistency in characters, clothing, colors, environments, and overall style
• Identify and correct common AI issues such as distorted features, incorrect details, inconsistent appearances, and poor composition
• Retouch, enhance, and combine generated images using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools
• Prepare final images in the correct dimensions, resolution, and format

3. AI Video and Multimedia Content

• Create short-form videos and visual content using AI video-generation platforms
• Turn static concepts into engaging motion content for digital and social media use
• Edit pacing, transitions, text, audio, and visual elements to create a polished final result
• Experiment with AI voice, music, animation, and other multimedia tools when needed
• Resize and adapt content for different social media platforms and campaigns
• Review all generated content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency

4. Graphic Design and Production

• Create polished layouts and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe applications
• Work confidently with Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage
• Combine AI-generated content with strong typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
• Follow Hazawy’s existing brand identity and visual guidelines
• Work with both English and Arabic content, including right-to-left layouts
• Prepare clean, high-resolution files for digital and print production
• Keep editable files, references, prompts, and final exports organized

5. Creative Quality Control

• Review every piece of content for spelling, visual errors, inaccurate details, and inconsistencies
• Compare completed work against the original brief and references
• Notice small problems before they reach the customer or production team
• Make revisions based on feedback without losing consistency
• Ensure the final result feels thoughtfully created—not obviously AI-generated
• Maintain confidentiality around Hazawy’s unreleased products, creative processes, and internal materials

6. Coordinating With the Team

• Work closely with the creative, marketing, customer-service, and production teams
• Manage several creative tasks while meeting agreed deadlines
• Communicate clearly when information, references, or approvals are needed
• Provide organized files that other team members can easily understand and continue working with
• Suggest creative ideas and tools that could improve Hazawy’s content
• Take ownership of assignments from the initial brief through final delivery

What We’re Looking ForMust-haves

• Strong practical knowledge of generative AI—not just casual experimentation
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI language models
• Experience with professional AI image-generation tools
• Experience creating or editing content with AI video-generation tools
• Strong prompt-writing and prompt-refinement skills
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• A good understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout
• Ability to recognize and correct weak or inaccurate AI outputs
• Strong visual judgment and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to follow references and maintain a consistent visual style
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable learning new software and AI platforms quickly
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Willing to receive detailed feedback and make revisions
• Able to handle confidential creative materials responsibly

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Experience with Arabic content and right-to-left design
• Knowledge of AI voice, audio, music, animation, or lip-sync tools
• Experience producing content for social media
• Experience with editorial design, publishing, or print production
• Familiarity with automation and no-code tools
• Experience creating personalized or template-based products
• An interest in children’s content, storytelling, illustration, or family brands

• You can take a creative brief and produce strong AI-assisted content with minimal supervision
• Your images and videos consistently match Hazawy’s visual direction
• You catch AI-generated mistakes before anyone else needs to point them out
• Your files are organized, correctly formatted, and ready for the next stage of production
• You become confident using Hazawy’s preferred creative tools and processes
• You complete work on time while maintaining a high level of quality
• You actively suggest useful tools, techniques, and improvements
• The team can trust you to take a creative task from idea to polished final delivery
