Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to newly formed Service team
Support the team in maximizing their full potential without coercion, assigning, or dictating who does the work or how it is carried out
Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles that occur
Coach the team on how to use the Agile framework, and guide them to greater Agile maturity (being Agile vs doing Agile)
Help build a productive environment where team members feel a collective responsibility, and are able to voice opinions and concerns
Partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests
Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
Be the point of contact for the team and effectively manage business expectations in collaboration with the Product Owner
Where there are interdependencies, communicate and co-ordinate with other Scrum Masters to orchestrate technical collaboration between teams
Monitor value delivered by the team, and facilitate team retrospectives to identify ways to optimize value creation for business users and customers
Responsible for the delivery of the features / initiatives for their Service Team. They make sure that requirements are on the backlog, are prioritized and worked upon for timely implementation.
Maintaining / tracking the program schedule and ensure timely reporting /escalation
Maintaining / tracking / reporting the project risks / issues / change register for avoiding any impact on the program delivery
