We are expanding our AI track to meet the surging demand for advanced autonomous systems. We are seeking active industry practitioners to join us as Freelance Agentic AI Trainers to lead hands-on, project-based technical training.

Perfect for Extra Income: This is a part-time, fully flexible freelance role. If you are a full-time AI Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Tech Lead, you can easily deliver these sessions around your current employment schedule to generate an extra revenue stream.

Job Summary

As an Agentic AI Trainer, you will not just teach theory—you will build the future. You will lead practical, live online workshops guiding senior developers and tech teams through the architecture, orchestration, and implementation of autonomous AI multi-agent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Live Training: Facilitate advanced, hands-on technical workshops focused on Generative AI and Agentic workflow automation.
• Lead Coding Labs: Guide learners step-by-step through real-world sandboxes, helping them build autonomous agents with tool-calling capacities and human-in-the-loop triggers.
• Code Review \& Mentorship: Provide actionable feedback on architecture design, stateful multi-agent logic, and enterprise implementation strategies.
• Stay Cutting-Edge: Keep training materials aligned with the latest open-source framework updates and emerging protocols.

Required Skills \& Experience

• Active Industry Experience: You must currently work in AI engineering, architecture, or technical development, with proven hands-on experience building autonomous AI systems.
• Framework Mastery: Deep, practical knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex.
• Advanced Concepts: Understanding of advanced RAG, tool-calling capabilities, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Programming: Proficient in Python and common LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, LLaMA).
• Communication: Strong command of English with the ability to explain complex, asynchronous, or stateful AI logic clearly to other engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience conducting technical bootcamps, corporate workshops, or publishing developer content.
• Experience with LLMOps/observability platforms (e.g., LangSmith, Phoenix, Weights \& Biases).

Pay: AED60.00 - AED90.00 per hour
