Who are we looking for?

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests? As part of our Guest Relations team, you will play a key role in the guest experience, anticipating their needs, providing personalized service and ensuring that every stay exceeds expectations.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for service, excellent communication skills and a warm, professional attitude, capable of connecting with guests from different cultures and nationalities. If you enjoy taking care of every detail, handling situations with elegance and turning every interaction into a special experience, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include…

• Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay, providing personalized and attentive service.
• Anticipating guests’ needs and preferences and delivering proactive, tailored service.
• Handling guest requests, inquiries and potential concerns, following up until their proper resolution is ensured.
• Providing detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, restaurants, activities and experiences.
• Recommending and coordinating experiences both within the resort and in the surrounding area, according to each guest’s interests and preferences.
• Maintaining close communication with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F\&B, Spa, Guest Services and all other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Managing and following up on guest preferences, special occasions and personalized requests.
• Handling and resolving guest feedback or delicate situations with discretion, empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately recording relevant guest information in the hotel’s management systems while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Conducting courtesy calls and guest follow-ups throughout their stay when required.
• Coordinating special arrangements for celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons and other personalized requests.
• Contributing to the creation of memorable moments and consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensuring that every interaction reflects The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and service philosophy.
• Supporting Front Office and Guest Services operations whenever required.

What we are looking for…

• Excellent communication skills, with a warm, elegant, professional and service-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Guest Services, Front Office, Concierge or customer service, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a strong desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with calmness, empathy, discretion and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Ability to adapt to guests from different cultures and nationalities.
• Fluent Spanish and English; German and additional languages will be highly valued.
• Good knowledge of computer systems and, preferably, hotel management systems.
• Valid work authorization for Spain.
