Magni Eastern Europe Sp. z o.o., Polish branch of Magni TH Srl, Italian world leading manufacturer of telescopic handlers for construction and agriculture, is looking for candidates to grow together in Poland and Eastern Europe.

After sales Manager:

We are looking for an experienced After sales Manager to take full ownership of post-sale support for our construction and agricultural machinery portfolio, including telescopic handlers and aerial working platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving machine uptime, customer loyalty, and aftersales profitability through effective leadership of service operations, field teams, parts supply, warranty administration, and customer relationships across Poland and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations – Manage workshop scheduling, field service engineers, and mobile technicians; ensure rapid breakdown response and first-time-fix targets.

Technical Support – Act as escalation point for complex issues.

Parts Management – Oversee parts ordering, stocking policy, pricing.

Warranty \& Campaigns – Administer warranty claims, manage product improvement programmes and recall campaigns, oversee PDI process for new machines.

Customer Relations – Build key account relationships, resolve complaints, conduct on site visits.

People Management – Lead and develop service advisors and field engineers; manage recruitment, onboarding, and training.

Requirements

Min. 3 years' experience in after sales/service management in construction, heavy equipment, or agricultural machinery.

Strong technical knowledge: diesel engines, hydraulics, powertrains, electrics.

Fluency in English.

Full driving license.

Optional

Knowledge of SAP system.

UDT Certification for Forklift, Trucks and Telehandlers.
