About the job
As an After-Hours Staffing Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our residential and youth services supported when the usual working day ends. You’ll coordinate staffing and fill shifts, work closely with teams to solve last-minute challenges, and provide support to residential staff and carers when they need it most. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two shifts will be exactly the same, so if you’re organised, calm under pressure, a great communicator and enjoy finding solutions while making a difference for young people, this could be the role for you.
This is a Permanent Part-time (56 hours) opportunity based in Preston within our MacKillop National After-Hours Service. The position reports to the coordinator.
