Duties

• Provide a wide range of hairdressing services afro , european including weaves cornrows , braids , cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to clients’ preferences.
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a professional reception area.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the salon environment.
• Assist with store management tasks when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barbering professional with a strong portfolio of work.
• Demonstrable expertise in store management, customer service, and upselling techniques.
• Skilled in offering specialised beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
• Previous experience in mentoring or training junior staff is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of current trends in hair styling and beauty treatments is highly desirable.
