The Role
You will be responsible for delivering a range of aesthetic treatments while helping grow the clinic through excellent patient care, initiative, and relationship-building.

We are looking for someone confident, personable, motivated, and eager to push themselves professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing injectable aesthetic treatments including anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers
• Conducting detailed consultations and creating bespoke treatment plans
• Building strong relationships with patients and delivering exceptional aftercare
• Maintaining high clinical and hygiene standards at all times
• Supporting the growth of the clinic through patient engagement and retention
• Bringing fresh ideas, energy, and initiative to help grow the business
• Assisting with social media content and personal branding where appropriate
• Driving new business and helping attract patients through your own initiative and network

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification
• Previous experience performing injectable treatments
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Knowledge of aesthetic safety and best practice
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Social media confidence is a bonus

Location

The clinic is based in Leigh-on-Sea, so preference will be given to candidates who live locally or are happy to travel regularly.
