Reporting to the Production Manager, Ensure robot system performance by controlling and maintaining proper process parameters and quality yields, taking corrective action when they do not meet standards by working with Quality and Production teams in troubleshooting daily issues, establishing and executing corrective \& preventive measures. Contribute and provide input in the early phases of product, process, and technology development and trials, assessing and approving their performance in production.

Prepare manufacturing documents such as SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), technical \& parameter sheets, OPLs (Operator Procedures List), and training material. Define and optimize workstation micro layout for robotic processes. Conduct training for production trainers on robotic systems.

Lead small-scale robotic improvements and support larger initiatives.

  • Review product design specifications and ensure assembly processes meet product requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve product, process, and production issues to improve yield, productivity, cost, and scrap.
  • Develop technical solutions and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain QCFC, Process Flow, SOP, Work Instructions, and FMEA documents.
  • Maintain process and product information in MES for Mass Production.
  • Conduct product failure analysis and troubleshooting, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with R\&D, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, and Production teams.
  • Ensure product specifications, configurations, and BOMs are properly maintained.
  • Maintain and improve yield, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Develop and implement equipment and fixture maintenance plans and procedures. Must have

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering , Industrail Engineering , Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Experience in electronic product failure analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in process improvement / continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience with fixture maintenance.
  • Experience preparing or modifying SOP, FMEA, QCFC, and Work Instructions.
  • Familiar with CPK, DOE, MSA, SPC, and GR\&R.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of work measurement, Lean/Continuous Improvement, operations planning, Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools.

  • Good command of Thai and English.

  • Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
