Āu Mahi \| What You Will Do
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly competent Tautāwhi \| Administrator to work with the UC Business School’s MBA team. As a program dedicated to bringing together the best of industry leadership with academic knowledge you will work alongside professionals striving for excellence in education, both on campus and online. Reporting to the MBA Director, your responsibilities include support for faculty and MBA students, day-to-day administrative support, coordinating academic programmes, maintaining information management systems, supporting promotional activities, coordinating events and meetings.
The role will include the occasional early morning or evening events / workshops. Flexibility is required to support programme requirements outside standard hours when needed. This will be balanced with flexible time arrangements to ensure overall weekly hours (37.5 hours per week) are maintained.
