Job Summary
To Update \& maintain information on company database or computer system \& organize the stock for operation as well as maintain inventory.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Create Production related reports, spreadsheets without mistakes
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
- Arranging of raw materials from warehouse for day to day operation to avoid delay in any process line.
- Daily updating of oracle process batches with respect to actual recipe production
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Verify inventory monthly stock in coordination with production supervisor \& finance team.
- Maintaining the quality \& safety standards Without Deviation.
- Maintaining GMP \& Hygiene In Work Area.
- Ensure RM \& FG safety as per safety rules and procedures
- Supervise and ensure that all the activities are carried out in safe manner and employees are following the safety rules and requirements in their areas, report any non-compliance to the manager immediately.
- Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with the instructions and to comply with safety procedures and requirements
- Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment are used appropriately.
- Do not operate any machine and or equipment unless authorized and trained
- Making sure adherence of FIFO method and timely reporting of expired/non-moving stock.
- Participating in areas for process improvement (Kaizen).
- Not to participate in horseplay or place fellow employees in danger by their actions.
Key Performance Indicators
- Follow safety norms as per IFFCO safety policy.
- Team Cooperation \& Team work
- Timely Batch Closing \& maintaining all production related reports
- Target as Zero non-moving stock.
- Minimum 2 near miss reporting per month.
- Obtaining GMP Score
Qualifications
Work Experience
- Min 2 to 3 years relevant experience in FMCG / Manufacturing industry
