As part of our Recovery Team, you will play an important role in handling verification, documentation, and insolvency-related processes to support the company’s recovery operations.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct employer verification and confirm customer employment details when required.
- Perform database and system checks to verify customer information, account status, and repayment records.
- Assist with insolvency filing processes and preparation of required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update case details in the CRM system.
- Ensure all documents and case files are properly organized and complete.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth case processing.
- Escalate incomplete or high-risk cases to management when necessary.
- Prepare reports and provide timely operational updates to management.
- Handle sensitive customer and financial information professionally and confidentially.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Diploma qualification (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Able to follow structured processes and procedures accurately.
- Professional, responsible, and able to handle confidential information carefully.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, databases, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in recovery, legal processing, administration, or operations is an added advantage.
