Job Summary

Join Pink Orchard as a part-time Administrative Executive to support online order processing, stock quality checks, customer service, and operational tasks with flexible scheduling of 2–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Inspect stock quality to maintain product standards before listing or dispatch
• Update and maintain online store content to reflect current inventory and promotions
• Manage stock levels and office supplies to support smooth daily operations
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to enhance customer experience
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support team efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months in the role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel to handle data and inventory management
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Part-time tertiary students are encouraged to apply
