Who we are looking for The Greenhouse \& BC Coordinator plays a pivotal and multifaceted role in supporting our clientengagement and internal team success in Switzerland. This role encompasses planning and coordinating client-facing workshops while also providing essential project, administrative, and operational support to the Greenhouse/Transition Labs team. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, discretion, and diplomacy in all interactions.
This role requires a proactive self-starter, capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently and flexibly, anticipating challenges, and delivering results that contribute to both client satisfaction and internal team effectiveness.
