Administrative Duties
- Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation
- Organise filing system (physical \& digital files)
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and parent enquiries
Parent \& Customer Service
- Assist parents with registration and payments
- Update parents on notices, events, and announcements
- Attend to parent feedback and basic complaints professionally
Finance \& Payment
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Record monthly fees and payments
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Assist with petty cash and basic accounting records
Staff \& Operational Support
- Prepare staff schedules and attendance
- Support teachers and therapists with operational needs
- Order and monitor office supplies and childcare materials
- Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness, and centre facilities
Compliance \& Documentation
- Ensure records comply with childcare regulations
- Assist in licence renewal and government documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of children and staff information
Event \& Centre Coordination
- Help organise centre activities, celebrations, and meetings
- Prepare materials and administrative support for programmes
General Requirements
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / Powerpoint / Excel / canva / Google Workspace)
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Friendly, responsible, and good with parents \& children
- Possess valid driving licence and own transportation
