  • Handle daily administrative and accounting tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and official documents.
  • Manage company filing systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and data entry.
  • Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and update financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support HR or management with general administrative duties when required.
