• ADASシステム仕様の作成、レビュー、および納品
• サプライヤーの技術仕様の調整と進捗管理
• 試験仕様の調整、進捗管理、および結果分析
• 部品製品図面およびレイアウト作業の積極的なプロセス改善計画と進捗管理
• システム仕様の調整と仕様確定までの進捗管理

• ソフトウェア更新プロセスの作業と進捗管理

• ADAS System Specification creation, reviews and delivery

• Supplier technical specification adjustment and progress management
• Test specification adjustment, progress management, and result analysis
• Proactive process improvement initiatives and Progress management of parts product drawings and layout activities
• System Specification adjustment and progress management until specification finalization
• Software Update Process work and progress management

• 自動車業界での6年以上の実務経験（OEM/Tier 1が望ましい）
• プロジェクト全体の管理経験
• 次世代モデル向けADASシステム開発
• 以下の技術に関する知見を有すること

o ドライバモニタリングシステム(DMS)

o 視線検知

o 眠気検知

o 全乗員検知システム(OMS)

o 幼児置き去り検知システム(CPD)

o 乗員着座位置、状態検知

o 車室内カメラを利用したジェスチャー制御、パーソナライゼーション、エアコン制御

• 車室内センサ、カメラと以下のシステムの連携機能開発

o 運転支援機器（ADAS）

o エアバッグ

o IVI、HMI

• ADASシステム要件分析および仕様定義（例：ACC、AEB、AHB、LDW、UPA、BSD、RCTAなど）
• 車両診断および通信ネットワークに関する基本的な知識
• DRBFM、FTA、FMEAなどの実施経験
• 機能安全（ISO 26262）およびR10、R79、R89、R13H、GSRなどの認証要件に関する十分な理解
• 品質問題の分析、議論、およびステータス報告
• 技術的な議論および調整のための関連部門およびTier1サプライヤーとのコミュニケーション
• 部門横断的なコミュニケーションと異文化チームワークによる問題解決
• 社内外のエンジニアとの円滑なコミュニケーション
• プロジェクトマネジメントサポート

• 自動車分野における日系OEMおよびTier1サプライヤーとの協業経験

• More than 6 years' work experience in the automotive industry Preferably OEM/ Tier 1s

• Experience managing entire projects
• ADAS System development for new generation model
• Should have deep understanding of

o Driver Monitoring System (DMS)

o Eye gaze tracking

o Distraction and Drowsiness detection

o Occupant Monitoring System (OMS)

o Child presence detection (CPD)

o Seat occupancy, posture analysis

o Cabin sensing and Comfort systems

o Gesture control, personalization, climate interaction

• Good technical understanding of how In cabin systems interact with

o ADAS

o Air Bag systems

o Infotainment and HMI

• ADAS System Requirement analysis and specification definition (example: ACC, AEB, AHB, LDW, UPA, BSD, RCTA etc.)
• Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics and communication network
• Experience in performing DRBFM, FTA, FMEA etc.
• Good understanding of Functional Safety – ISO 26262 and other homologation requirements like R10, R79, R89, R13H, GSR etc.
• Quality issue analysis, discussion and status reporting
• Communication with relevant department and Tier1 supplier for technical discussion and alignment
• Solving issues through cross functional communication and cross-cultural teamwork
• Fluent communication with internal/external engineers
• Project Management Support
• Experience working with Japanese OEMs and Tier1s in Automotive domain

・ テストツール（ETAS/VECTOR/Lauterbachなど）

• Communication experiences with Foreigners
• Good understanding of ADASIS V2/V3 Protocol
• Detail understanding of Automotive Safety program (Euro NCAP, ASEAN NCAP, IIHC, Global NCAP, Japan NCAP etc.)
• Basic understanding of below points (Any two or more)

・ Functional components required for ADAS

・ System Architecture and Component Diagram for ADAS Components

・ Vehicle Communication \& Diagnostics protocol (CAN/LIN/Ethernet/DTC etc.)

・ Electrical schematics / Experience of Harness CAD

・ Testing Tools (ETAS/VECTOR/Lauterbach etc.)

語学力 Language Skill

• 英語力 ‐ ビジネスレベル（TOEIC:600以上*目安） 、ミーティングやメール等の実務経験

• 日本語力 ‐ ネイティブレベルもしくはJLPT N2 以上

• English – Business Level (TOEIC score: over 600 *Estimate), Experience of working in English (e.g. meeting, e-mail)

• Japanese – Native Level or JLPT N2 or above
