About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Acrylic Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with acrylic dentures, partials, and related prosthetic components. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair, and finish full and partial dentures using acrylic materials
• Set teeth, wax-up dentures, and perform try-in adjustments
• Process dentures using conventional and injection techniques
• Trim, polish, and finalize prosthetic appliances to high aesthetic and functional standards
• Follow prescriptions and specifications provided by dentists
• Maintain equipment, tools, and a clean working environment
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely case completion
• Ensure all work meets lab quality standards and deadlines

Qualifications \& Skills

• Previous experience as an Acrylic Technician in a dental lab (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of denture fabrication and acrylic processing
• Ability to read and follow dental prescriptions accurately
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
• Knowledge of dental materials, tools, and lab equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time‑management skills
