Job Description
Duties include but not limited to:
- Ensure that clients' accounts are accurately prepared and maintained.
- Coordinate with clients to address queries regarding BVI Annual Financial Returns (AFR).
- Assist with the uploading and submission of AFRs.
- Ensure that bank and historical financial statements are appropriately documented and uploaded into the system.
- Assist in handling trust accounting matters.
- Address transaction queries from relevant departments and, if necessary, escalate queries to trust administrators for client verification and follow-up.
- Review the flow of funds and highlight any suspicious transactions to trust administrators.
- Ensure financial statements prepared by the finance team are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor and ensure that financial statements from third-party providers are received within the required timeline.
- Support trust administrators with transaction-related inquiries.
- Review portfolio statements and notify trust administrators of any significant balance fluctuations.
- Assist in the posting and recording of transactions into the financial system.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in accounting field.
- Preferably with experience working in Trust Services company.
- Required Language: Mandarin - required to communicate with Mainland China or Taiwan clients.
- Good knowledge of accounting, IFRS and SFRS.
- Good English communication skills - both written and verbal.
