Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Accounting lessons in accordance with the syllabus and scheme of work
- Teach Accounting for IGCSE, A Level, and Foundation/IY1 programmes as assigned
- Apply differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking
- Prepare, administer, and mark assessments, assignments, and examinations
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide timely feedback, academic guidance, and intervention where necessary
- Serve as a mentor and/or Form Teacher, providing academic and pastoral support to students
- Communicate and collaborate with parents, academic staff, and student support teams regarding student progress and wellbeing
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school events
- Support assigned co-curricular activities and undertake other duties as required by the School
- Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- At least a Master's degree in Accounting
- Teaching qualification is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in IGCSE, A Level, Foundation, or other international curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge in Accounting
- Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students of varying abilities and backgrounds
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player

Pay: $4,600.00 - $6,500.00 per month
