Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and possess strong math skills.

Duties:
- Perform data entry to record financial transactions
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Payroll processing
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy in financial records.

- Assist the Logistics Coordinator with day-to-day logistics duties

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in math and accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software like Kronos, Ceridian, UltiPro, and ADP
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
