Accountants - Arab nationals Preferred

We are looking Accountant for Our Company. Arabic Nationals Prefered.

1. Generate and manage customer invoices for ready mix concrete deliveries based on batch plant records, delivery tickets, and project orders. Handle credit notes and disputed invoices.

2. Track and allocate costs for mixer trucks, batching plants, and equipment maintenance. Calculate depreciation schedules and monitor fuel, repair, and driver costs per vehicle.

3. Maintain inventory records for cement, aggregates, admixtures, and water. Reconcile consumption with batch production data and control material wastage reporting.

4. Process supplier invoices for cement mills, aggregate quarries, and chemical suppliers. Manage payment schedules and monitor customer aging reports to reduce outstanding receivables.

5. Prepare monthly P\&L, balance sheet, cost per cubic meter reports, and management dashboards. Support annual audit and liaise with external auditors.

6. Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Conduct variance analysis between actual vs. budgeted production costs and report deviations to management.

7. Ensure timely filing of VAT/GST, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements. Maintain compliance with local tax laws and construction industry regulations.

8. Coordinate with HR for processing payroll for plant operators, drivers, and admin staff. Maintain GOSI and end-of-service benefit calculations where applicable.
