Who are we?
We, SAB WindTeam GmbH, develop wind energy projects from the initial idea to successful operation. With more than 40 realized wind farms in Germany and France, we make an active contribution to a sustainable energy supply. To ensure our projects are implemented successfully in both an economic and sustainable way, we need a high-performing accounting department. That is why we are looking for reinforcement in financial accounting.
Your tasks
You take on a central role in accounting and ensure that all bookkeeping processes run reliably and correctly. At the same time, you actively contribute to the further development of our structures. This includes, among other things:
Focus on financial accounting
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (optionally IFRS)
- Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting and ensuring correct booking processes
- Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of accounting-related matters
- Handling tax-related topics in cooperation with external tax advisors
- Support in consolidation processes
Analysis and process optimization
- Analysis and evaluation of accounting workflows
- Identification and implementation of optimization potential
- Support in the implementation and further development of systems and tools
Additional responsibilities
- Management of fixed assets
- Support with contractual and commercial matters
- Preparation and maintenance of analyses, reports, and overviews
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
Your profile
You are interested in taking responsibility in accounting and actively developing processes further.
Ideally, you bring the following:
- Completed advanced training as an accountant, training as a tax clerk, or a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with HGB and, if applicable, IFRS exposure
- Knowledge in the field of consolidation is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
- Structured, independent, and careful way of working
- Analytical mindset and strong affinity for numbers
- Sense of responsibility and confident handling of confidential data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
