This is what you bring to us:

1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service environment;

College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification;

Working experience with SAP FI, SAP S/4Hana experience is a plus;

Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel;

Excellent English skills, one further European language is desirable;

Communication skills and cooperative mindset and a high level of accountability and accuracy;

Team player with a good sense of different company/ country cultures.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Manage incoming invoices/credit notes with or without PO/GR;

Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services;

Prepare and execute payment runs and manual payments;

GR/IR analysis;

Process cash allocation and manage bank statements;

Detect payment deltas and respond appropriately in alignment with sales and local finance;

Manage customer dunning process according to the defined schedule;

Intercompany Netting;

Manage monthly closing process (account clearing, intercompany reconciliation, customer/vendor reclassification, AP/AR aging report, sub-ledger reconciliation);

Create Ad-hoc and recurring reports including monthly/annual reporting package.
