Accountant – Food Industry (Central Kitchen & Restaurant)

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Food \& Beverage (F\&B) industry to join our growing business, which operates a Central Kitchen and Restaurants in Doha.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare food cost calculations and monitor cost variations.
• Conduct food wastage analysis and prepare relevant reports.
• Manage stock and inventory records, including regular stock verification.
• Prepare and review Profit \& Loss (P\&L) statements and financial reports.
• Handle payroll and salary processing.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with restaurant and central kitchen teams to ensure accurate recording of costs, purchases, stock, and wastage.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in the F\&B industry, preferably within restaurants, central kitchens, catering, or similar food businesses.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Hands-on experience in food costing, wastage analysis, inventory management, payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of restaurant and central kitchen operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Language Requirements

Candidates should be able to communicate in:

English \| Hindi \| Malayalam
