Candidate must be an expert in managing accountins, bookkeeping, financial Transactions, accurate journaling, handling and proper follow-up of accounts payable and receivable, financial reconciliations, VAT filing, generating financial report, analyzing and monitoring financial reports, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Manage supplier and customer accounts
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with audits, VAT submissions, and compliance with UAE accounting standards.
- Maintain the confidentiality of financial data and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements on time
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting,
- Strong knowledge of accounting software
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
