About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive sales and build strong customer relationships across a defined territory. In this role, you’ll manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities, working closely with customers to provide advice on the application, installation, and operation of our HVAC products and services. This is a hands‑on sales role suited to someone with strong technical understanding and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow business within existing customer accounts
• Identify and pursue new customers across the commercial sector
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and pricing within company guidelines
• Provide technical advice and support on HVAC products and applications
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Support customers with product training, troubleshooting, and solutions
• Manage sales reporting, order entry, and customer communication
• Participate in trade shows, events, and industry activities

Skills and Experiences:

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience in a relevant industry
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems or similar
• Experience in installation, service, or engineering environments
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical requirements
• Strong problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical or engineering background is an advantage
• Relevant HVAC certifications or qualifications are beneficial but not essential
