Account Manager ( Social Media )

Job description:

Duties

° Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term partnerships.

° Develop and train the team to understand of clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape to provide strategic guidance.

° Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

° Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, ensuring they align with clients' business objectives.

° Collaborate with group studio and social media teams to deliver results-driven digital campaigns and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and deadlines.

° Manage and train a team of client relations members and ensure the entire department complies with agency processes and tools

° Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

° Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling digital services.

° Provide regular periodic reports and utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in client relations within a marketing agency or a related industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( Arabic and English)
• Effective negotiation skills to close deals and manage client expectations.
• High level of attention to detail and crisis management
• Proven project management abilities, with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to handle client complaints and use problem-solving techniques to maintain relationships.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
