Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
  • Build strong, multi-level customer relationships to position Kalrez® as the preferred partner and support customers’ long-term strategic objectives.
  • Partner closely with global and regional cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service, to deliver consistently high standards in quality, delivery, and overall customer support.
  • Lead the performance of channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and logistics providers, by setting clear annual objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Marketing teams to identify new opportunities, build a strong project pipeline, and unlock sustainable business growth.
  • Provide timely visibility into customer issues, recent business activity, and demand forecasts to support effective decision-making and operational planning.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Customer-facing experience in sales, field engineering, or a similar commercial or technical role
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Hsinchu and Tainan
  • Native-level Mandarin and strong English communication skills
