We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Account Manager to join our New Zealand Sales team, based in Newmarket .

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to: Working closely with Foodstuffs North Island to execute plans and grow our businesses together * Managing promotional programs, forecasting, reporting and commercial performance across a portfolio of categories * Identifying opportunities for growth and helping bring them to life * Working cross-functionally with category, finance, revenue management, supply chain and marketing teams Supporting both short-term execution and longer-term strategic planning

What you'll bring: Takes ownership and learns quickly * Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships * Is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities * Enjoys solving problems and turning insights into action * Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the team * Is resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Experience within FMCG would be beneficial, but mindset and attitude matter just as much.

What you'll bring: Resilient, energetic, confident, curious, eager to learn, attention to detail * Organised, analytical, good listening skills * Tertiary qualified with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus * Negotiating and stakeholder management skills 3-5 years in Sales/Marketing/Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)
