Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular status reports
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support contract renewals and business development activities
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in account management, customer service, business development, or client relations
- Experience managing multiple client accounts is preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
