ForceSource is hiring an Account Executive to grow and retain client relationships through proactive outreach and responsive support. This role exists to connect customer needs with the right solutions, keep opportunities moving, and ensure a high-quality experience from first contact through follow-up.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage prospects and customers via outbound calls, email, and in-person conversations
  • Learn client goals and recommend tailored options
  • Log activity, perform accurate data entry, and maintain detailed records using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and drive satisfaction
  • Use professional phone etiquette and strong communication to build trust
  • Partner with teammates to review sales data and identify new opportunities

Required qualifications/skills:

  • Proven sales or customer support experience (call center or outbound calling preferred)
  • Clear, persuasive communication and active listening
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying professional
