Job Title: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

We are hiring a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor for our interior design and execution company. We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and experienced candidate who can manage interior project sites efficiently and ensure quality work execution within timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior site work and labor teams
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other workers
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, designs, and project timelines
• Monitor material usage and site requirements
• Maintain quality standards and safety at site
• Report daily work progress to management
• Handle client/site coordination professionally
• Solve on-site execution issues and maintain smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Experience in interior fit-out / construction site supervision preferred
• Knowledge of interior materials and execution process
• Ability to manage labor and multiple site activities
• Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Candidate should be sincere, punctual, and responsible

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree or relevant field preferred
• Experienced and skilled supervisors may also apply

Salary:

Salary will be decided as per candidate’s experience, skills, and interview performance.
