We are seeking a motivated and experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established and rapidly growing renewable energy company. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of solar PV systems, battery storage solutions, EV charging systems and associated electrical infrastructure.

Working alongside a skilled team, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compliant and high-quality installations while maintaining our strong reputation for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission and maintain residential solar PV systems, battery storage solutions and EV charging systems.
• Carry out switchboard upgrades, meter panel modifications and electrical fault finding.
• Install and commission EV chargers and other energy management systems.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, Western Power and Synergy requirements, and industry regulations.
• Complete electrical testing, documentation and commissioning reports accurately and on time.
• Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers and internal team members.
• Mentor and support apprentices and trade assistants on site.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, following all company WHS policies and procedures.
• Represent the business professionally and uphold our commitment to quality workmanship.

About You

• WA A-Grade Electrical Licence.
• WA Driver's Licence.
• White Card.
• Working at Heights certification, or willingness to obtain, with training funded by the company for the successful candidate.
• CEC Solar Accreditation (desirable but not essential).
• Battery and EV charging installation experience (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.
