All Electric Homes is growing, and we're looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Solar Electrical Apprentice to join our team full time.

We specialise in residential solar, battery storage, electrification, hot water systems, EV charging and energy upgrade projects, helping households transition to smarter all-electric homes.

As part of the wider Want A Group ecosystem, alongside Want A Sparky and Want A Heat Pump, we are building a high-performing business focused on quality workmanship, safety, customer service and long-term growth.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an apprentice who is passionate about renewable energy and wants to further develop their skills in the solar industry.

You will work alongside experienced electricians and solar installers across a variety of projects including:

• Residential solar installations
• Battery storage systems
• Solar upgrades and maintenance
• EV charger installations
• Residential electrification projects
• Hot water system upgrades
• General electrical works associated with renewable energy projects

This position offers significant exposure to the rapidly growing renewable energy sector and provides a pathway toward becoming a highly skilled solar electrician.

What We're Looking For

• 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice
• Previous solar installation experience preferred
• Exposure to battery storage systems highly regarded
• Strong interest in renewable energy and electrification
• Residential electrical experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work safely at heights
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Current Driver's Licence or working towards obtaining one
• Experience working under VEU programs highly regarded
