We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D concepts, models, and photorealistic visualizations for events, exhibitions, retail environments, activations, and experiential projects. The role requires strong design creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to transform client briefs into compelling visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative 3D concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations for events, exhibitions, interiors, retail spaces, and experiential activations.
- Produce presentation-quality images and walkthroughs for client proposals.
- Prepare technical drawings and layouts in coordination with production requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, graphic designers, production teams, and account managers.
- Apply branding elements accurately within 3D environments.
- Source and create materials, textures, lighting, and realistic environments.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining project timelines.
- Ensure designs are practical, buildable, and within project budgets.
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and visualization techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and high-quality renderings.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.
- Strong experience with Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and rendering techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production requirements.
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
