概要サイバーセキュリティアナリストは、主要な事業部門におけるリスクアセスメントおよびセキュリティコントロールを支援することで、組織のサイバーセキュリティ戦略を支えます。

本ポジションでは、事業運営や業務プロセスを分析し、セキュリティ管理上のギャップを特定するとともに、技術チームや経営陣と連携しながらセキュリティ施策の導入・推進を支援します。

また、サイバーセキュリティ部門のリーダーシップ、ITチーム、監査担当者との協調的な取り組みにも参画し、セキュリティポリシーおよび組織目標との整合性を維持するための活動に貢献します。

業務内容* UDXサイバーセキュリティ部門から知見や支援を得て、事業チームの戦略立案および実行との整合性を確保する（30%） * 技術主導およびビジネス主導のテクノロジープロジェクトにおけるサイバーセキュリティ関連の活動を追跡・調整し、適切な関与を推進する（25%） * 先進的な防御セキュリティの原則や戦略を理解したうえで、サイバーセキュリティ計画、施策の導入、およびベストプラクティスに基づくセキュリティ管理策の実装を推進する（15%） * サイバーセキュリティプログラムの成熟度を測定するため、事業に関連する指標（メトリクス）や主要業績評価指標（KPI）の策定を支援する（15%） * UDXテクノロジー部門全体に対して、UDXサイバーセキュリティ戦略、プログラム、およびサービスの周知・連携を推進する（15%） * その他、割り当てられた業務を遂行する。

語学要件日本語：流暢、もしくはネイティブレベル

英語：英語での読み書きが可能な方（翻訳ツール等を利用していただき、英語でのやりとりが日々発生します）グローバル環境で積極的に英語を使用する意欲がある方は歓迎いたします。

技術スキル* 情報技術（IT）分野で2年以上の実務経験を有し、そのうち少なくとも1年以上はサイバーセキュリティ分野での経験があること。 * 顧客対応を伴う技術職（テクニカルエンゲージメント）で2年以上の経験を有し、サービス提供やソリューション導入・提供に携わった実績があること。 * 優れたドキュメンテーション能力（文書作成能力）およびコミュニケーション能力を有すること。

JOB SUMMARYThe Cybersecurity Analyst supports the organization’s cybersecurity strategy by assisting with risk assessments and security control evaluations across key business units. This role focuses on analyzing business practices, identifying control gaps, and helping implement security initiatives in partnership with technical teams and leadership. Additionally, the analyst contributes to coordinated efforts with cybersecurity leadership, IT teams, and audit partners to maintain alignment with security policies and organizational goals.

ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES* Provide insight and seek support from the UDX Cyber Security function to inform and align with the business team strategies 30% * Track and coordinate Cyber Security involvement in technical and business driven technology projects 25% * Drive the delivery of Cyber Security plans, implementations and leading practice controls, with an understanding of proactive defense security principles and strategies 15% * Support the development of business-relevant metrics and key performance indicators to measure Cyber Security program maturity 15% * Communicate and coordinate UDX Cyber Security strategy, programs and services across all areas of UDX Technology Division 15% * Perform other duties as assigned.

LANGUAGEJapanese: Fluent to native-level Japanese proficiency required.

EXPERIENCE* Minimum 2 years work experience in Information Technology with 1 year in Cyber Security * Minimum 2 years in customer facing technical engagement roles, including service and solution delivery. * Excellent documentation and communication skills
