★ Main Duties
You will support foreign clients with residential rental brokerage, property buying and selling, and investment condominium transactions.

月給23万円～＋インセンティブ（歩合給）＋賞与年3回

• 450万円／入社1年目・未経験スタート
• 700万円／入社2年目・チームリーダー
• 1,000万円超／入社3年目・トップセールス
