Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design

Responsibilities & Context

  • Developing sales strategies and setting up goals

  • Generating leads and reaching out to prospects

  • Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes

  • Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software

  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Create proposals for business

  • Record sales figures and produce reports

  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

  • Building and maintaining a CRM database

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences        

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
