Requirements

Education
  • Minimum Bachor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university (Major in Marketing is preferable).
Experience
  • At least 2 years

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area/industry(s): Healthcare Startup/Retail Sales/B2B/B2C Sales/Insurance Industry/Healthcare Industry/Hospital Industry/Direct Sales from any Industry/Business Development

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and build strong relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage sales data, analyze trends, and prepare reports.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.

  • Ability to work longer hours.

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven “Sales Executive” to join our team. The role involves a multifaceted approach to client relationship management and business development within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships while also identifying and pursuing opportunities for new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and build strong relationships with clients.

  • Communication with customers and service providers in health care and other sectors understanding their needs and serving them accordingly.

  • Provide proper clarification of the queries from customer and resolve their problem.

  • Mitigate disputes, customer orders, and handling issues by analysing the root cause.

  • Resolve customer's problems and complaints & maintain a strong working relationship with all stakeholders.

  • Prepare the necessary reports and present them in front of the management.

  • Generate ideas & recommend an implementation framework for overall process development.

  • Ensure service quality by maintaining gross revenue & net revenue.

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients and partners.

  • Prepare acquisition and onboarding process for different service partners.

  • Service quality audit and customer survey.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients/partners, while maintaining existing client relationships.

  • Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database.

  • Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material and other documents as required.

  • Design, develop, propose, and implement strategic plans for business growth.
