Postgraduate degree in Social Science, preferably in statistics, anthropology, development studies or relevant field with academic and professional credibility.

Job Summary:
The Coordinator-MEAL will work under the Manager-MEAL and S/he will oversee the MEAL team based in Cox’s Bazar. Around two or three of Officer / Associate Officer – MEAL will be reportable to her/him. S/he will closely work with all the project managers and coordinators. S/he will work with the Head of Humanitarian Programme for strategic direction and support. Moreover, the incumbent needs to work with the Partnership Development team and other relevant teams in Cox’s Bazar and Country Office based in Dhaka.
The general functions of the position are (i) Facilitate and applications of Master Logframe of the RRP, (ii) Functionalize web based MEAL system in Rohingya Response Programme (RRP) and align M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) methods, tools, skills and formats with Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) and Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA 2.0), (iii) Develop and facilitate Process Monitoring using Quality Benchmark (iv) Strengthening feedback response mechanism in the program, (v) Support to new proposal development (vi) Create evidence based knowledge management system in RRP.
