PGD HRM or Diploma in social compliance will give in advantage.
Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in same position.
Manage recruitment process including CV sorting, interview arrangement and others.
Follow HR policies and practices.
Organize and maintain employee/ personnel records, Update internal databases.
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Maintain payroll information as required.
Prepare monthly employees salary including salary requisition & bank forwarding's.
Prepare Sales Commission & TA/DA bills for Sales employees every month.
HR related Bills & Vouchers Process and forward.
Maintain records of leave positions of the employees under HR & Admin Department and sort out scope.
Analyze labor laws and identify requirements and compliance.
Maintain liaison with marketing, sales and finance departments, branch, warehouse on HR & Admin needs and requirements.
To ensure local administration and to taking disciplinary action and handling grievance issues.
Liaise with Government offices and other relevant agencies/ org. related to company's business.
Ensure, develop and maintain employees/ officer's health-hygiene, safety & welfare issues.
Monitor, Control and ensure foreign officials and guest accommodation, transportation, food and amenities facilities as per company policy.
Control and manage company's transport pool with all related works.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management as and when required.
