Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience
  • 2 to 3 years
Additional Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a supplier/distribution company is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated & energetic towards career goals.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Knowledge of HR tools/software is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource.

Responsibilities & Context

The Executive - HR & Admin will be responsible for managing various HR and admin functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.

This role will also oversee administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR and admin best practices and company administration.

  • Handle employee queries, conflicts, and grievances professionally to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and team morale.
  • Assist in setting KPIs and managing performance evaluation processes.
  • Support Management in conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and creating development plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employees’ skills and productivity.
  • To ensure recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, job advertisement, CV screening, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
  • Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
  • Prepare different drafts, reports, letter as directed by the management.
  • To systematize, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employee as per performance appraisal policy.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other essential resources to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, hiring trends, and training effectiveness.
  • Manage payroll, leave records, and employee benefits
  • Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
