Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction on queries.
Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
Taking product orders from customers.
Order placement in to software.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints, and feedback.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media. Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
Will be capable of sales monitoring.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Responding to calls on public holidays and weekends.
Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
