Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • 1 to 5 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction on queries.
  • Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
  • Taking product orders from customers.
  • Order placement in to software.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints, and feedback.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media. Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
  • Will be capable of sales monitoring.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
  • Responding to calls on public holidays and weekends.
  • Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
