Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Real Estate
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed.

  • Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of the project·

  • Handle customer complaints and work towards resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner·

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions·

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve customer satisfaction·

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions·

  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services.

  • External and internal communication.

  • Frequently site visit and project coordination.

  • Prepare clients payment schedule as per management instruction and collect booking money, down payment and installments.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
