Design mechanical systems and components for the production of electrical accessories.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Create 3D models, technical drawings, and schematics for mechanical equipment.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory machineries and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning, making recommendations for repairs or upgrades as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of mechanical components and equipment.
Monitor the installation and commissioning of new machineries and systems.
Provide technical support to the production team for any mechanical issues or equipment breakdowns.
Train and mentor production staff on mechanical systems, machinery, and best practices.
Ensure that mechanical designs, equipment, and processes comply with industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Generate regular reports on machinery performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
