Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Additional Requirements
  • Experience to work in manufacturing or electrical accessories production will be given preference.

  • Professional certification or licensing is a plus.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Design mechanical systems and components for the production of electrical accessories.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Create 3D models, technical drawings, and schematics for mechanical equipment.

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory machineries and equipment.

  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning, making recommendations for repairs or upgrades as needed.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of mechanical components and equipment.

  • Monitor the installation and commissioning of new machineries and systems.

  • Provide technical support to the production team for any mechanical issues or equipment breakdowns.

  • Train and mentor production staff on mechanical systems, machinery, and best practices.

  • Ensure that mechanical designs, equipment, and processes comply with industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Generate regular reports on machinery performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
