Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience
  • 3 to 4 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 26 to 28 years
  • 3-4 years’ experience in relevant field

  • Proven experience in Email Marketing, SEO, SEM, and brand-building activities.

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Strong skills in designing engaging and visually appealing email templates.

  • Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Ads to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues

Understand social media trends and impact in design

Candidates with previous experience in Advertising Agency/Multimedia Company/ Real Estate will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.

  • Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing email templates that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

  • Optimize email performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

  • Assist in brand development by ensuring consistency across email campaigns and other online & offline marketing initiatives.

  • Support brand-building activities, such as creating compelling messaging, visuals, and cohesive marketing strategies.

  • Track and analyze email campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach.

  • Manage SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns and optimize ad spending for maximum ROI.

  • Leverage Google Ads and Google Keyword Planner to support paid campaign initiatives.
