Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • MBA/BBA/ Honors /Master’s degree in any discipline from Any Reputed University.

Experience
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Retail Store, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Importer
Additional Requirements
  • Working in Marketing and Sales department of Electrical Accessories industries (Switch Socket, LED lights, Fan, Circuit breaker, and Exhaust Fan etc.)

  • At least 10 (+) Years (Background - Electrical Industries only).


Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve sales target both quantity and value Prospect and appoint new dealers in the assigned district to expand the dealer network and enhance market penetration.

  • Support dealers in setting up sales operations by establishing systems and processes to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure business alignment and loyalty.

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales and profitability targets as per the company’s goals.

  • Train the sales forces regarding product Knowledge and professional Skill development.

  • Ensure all operational data, sales figures, and market feedback are systematically documented and shared with the management.

  • Ensure all districts are covered by individual sales person on priority basis.

  • Overall responsibility to achieve given monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the Division.

  • Prepare detailed Business Plan within agreed budget and formulate Sales Strategies for the divisions.

  • Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity

  • Monitor and ensure sales collection & meet regional collection target.

  • Should be able to control and supervise & develop a large sales team.

  • Forecast sales and collection plan and consequently meet the assigned targets.

  • Constantly monitor competitors’ activity/performance and report to superior boss.
