The person must have strong academic background. LLB, LLM/Barrister (must).
Candidate must be an Advocate Judge court.
An Advocate of Supreme court of Bangladesh will be given more preference.
The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years experience broadly in the area of Corporate and Investment.
Specifically, the candidate should have experience with the following: Real Estate and Property Transactions, Labour and Employment, M&A, Corporate Transactions, M&A Corporate Litigations, FDI, Inbound Investment & Permits, Outbound Investment & Citizenship, Capital Market Transactions & Disputes.
The candidate should effectively lead, motivate, mentor, and manage other associates, paralegals, and interact directly with the firm's clients.
Must be both decisive and collaborative, demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.
