Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and manage client accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through direct sales efforts.
Present and promote company services, including software, ERP, web development, and IT consultancy.
Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and addressing concerns.
Maintain and submit sales reports on a regular basis.
